SBxCHL Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements in order for their application to be considered:
 

  • Must be an individual whose background is considered either Economically Disadvantaged or Educationally Disadvantaged.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must be currently enrolled or have graduated from an undergraduate institution.

  • May not be currently in the application cycle nor accepted to a professional school.

SBxCHL Program Requirements

In order to participate in any of the programs, those admitted will be required to 
 

  1. Volunteer at the Family Health Center a total of 100 hours per year, at least 2 per week.

  2. Attend group meetings every Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

  3. Gain clearance by submitting all necessary paperwork to the Montefiore Office.
