BxCHL Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements in order for their application to be considered:

Must be an individual whose background is considered either Economically Disadvantaged or Educationally Disadvantaged.

Must be at least 16 years old.

Must be currently enrolled or have graduated from an undergraduate institution.

May not be currently in the application cycle nor accepted to a professional school.
BxCHL Program Requirements
In order to participate in the programs those admitted will be required to
-
Volunteer at the Family Health Center a total of 100 hours per year, at least 2 hours per week.

Attend group meetings every Tuesday from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Gain clearance by submitting all necessary paperwork to the Montefiore Office.
