The Leadership Team provides opportunities for the development of leaders that come from and will serve in the local community.

Here are the eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must identify with an underrepresented and/or economically disadvantaged group

• Must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a profession in health care

• Must demonstrate a commitment to helping underserved populations

• Must be enrolled or have graduated from an undergraduate institution

• Must be willing to volunteer 100 hours over a year, with a minimum of 2 hours a week
